This 2000 Mercedes-Benz SL500 is powered by a all-aluminum 5.0-liter M113 V8 backed by a 5-speed automatic transmission. Factory equipment includes the AMG sport package*, Bose Sound Sytem, Heated Leather Seats, Xenon Headlights and a color-matched removable hardtop. *AMG sport package, which includes staggered AMG 5-spoke wheels, AMG bumpers, side skirts, and a rear apron in addition to a “Sport” badge between the fender grille openings. InteriorThe leather seats have some minor cracks but in overall good condition, no rips, stains or cuts. There is some wear and tear on the steering wheel. The vehicle is odor and pet free. The headliner for the convertible top had been replaced. ExteriorThe paint is overall in great condition. There is a small cut on the front bumper (passenger side) and one of the lower bumper grill is missing (passenger side), other than that the car is dent or ding free. The wheels have some curb rush. This SL has been babied and garage kept since new. I am the 2nd owner; always in Florida. NO ACCIDENTS, NO DAMAGE, NO PAINTWORK & DOCUMENTED CARFAX. Did not take hardtop off, but rest assured, soft top is as nice as rest of car. I keep a towel on the drivers seat and a mat over the mat. What does that tell a buyer about how I am .......MR. CLEAN. Fair price point for a low mileage, original car. Only modification is the Alpine stereo, but have original MB head unit that goes with sale. *All convertible hydraulics and main drive cylinder have been replaced - 12 / 2016. 2000 SL500 w/ factory chrome wheels and 55000 softly driven miles, and looks like one with half the mileage. The chrome wheels are shiny clean, the tires are near new, and it drives straight down the road with zero issues. Never intentionally in adverse weather conditions. On the inside, the Beige interior still looks, feels and smells new, all the way down to the floor mats. As you can see in the pics, the seats ( always covered ), dash, carpet or any other interior panels have negligible wear. The center console, faceplates, etc. are stock orig. and all of the interior buttons / switches - power windows, door locks, antenna, seats, window defog, cruise, memory, hatch release function as they should. The Alpine stereo sounds great. All of the lights / gauges function on point. Trunk compartment and all tool, kits, etc. are present.. Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drives as you would expect of a preserved item. The engine compartment is stock / unmodified and servicing is up to date - tune up, a/c, belts, coolant, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals. The V8 300hp. engine engages without issue, it has great pep and performs on all levels. The a/c is blistering cold and it stops on a dime. All of the other mechanical functions are on point.

I am the 3rd owner and it’s always been garage kept, as you can see. Drives great with no issues. No mechanical issues, no accidents. Tires are two years old with less than 10k miles. This car is awesome to drive and comes with hardtop with stand too. Bose Sound system with sub and aftermarket stereo with USB and Bluetooth. I also have the original stereo and 6 disc changer that came with the original car. Top goes up and down with no issues. Passed Texas inspection with no issues. Title free and clean.
